Under EU and German consumer protection law (§ 355 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, for contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as instant-access video courses), your statutory right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• Expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• Acknowledged that by consenting, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has commenced.

3. Sura Academy Voluntary 14-Day Refund Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary refund policy for self-paced courses within 14 days of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• Progression Limit: You have viewed or streamed less than 20% of the total course video lectures.
• No Certificates Generated: You have not completed the course or generated a Certificate of Completion.
• No Bulk Asset Downloads: You have not downloaded proprietary source code packages or exclusive course eBook bundles.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Live Classes & Webinars: Live coaching or interactive webinar fees once the live session has taken place.
• Completed Courses: Courses where more than 20% has been viewed or certificates issued.
• Subscription Renewals: Recurring membership renewals after the billing cycle processes (cancel anytime prior to renewal).

5. How to Request a Refund & Payout Timelines

Submit your refund request by emailing [email protected] with your Order ID and Course Title. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Stripe/PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
